Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data AGENTICE processes through this website, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing described in this policy is:
- AGENTICE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000
- 6 place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris, France
- contact@agentice.co
Data we process
AGENTICE only asks for data that is needed for the service or interaction concerned.
- Demo request: name, work email address and phone number.
- Technical data: information associated with HTTP requests and security events, such as IP address, date, user agent and requested resource, when generated by the hosting infrastructure.
AGENTICE does not ask you to submit sensitive data, passwords, private URLs, authentication details or confidential business information through this website.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request: handling your demo request, scheduling a conversation, and preparing for a potential business relationship. This processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- B2B sales follow-up: following up with professional contacts who have expressed an interest in Agentice. This processing is based on AGENTICE's legitimate interest in developing its business with professional contacts (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Security and abuse prevention: protecting the website, its forms, and its infrastructure. This processing is based on AGENTICE's legitimate interest in securing its services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Required fields
Every field in the demo-request form is required to qualify the request and allow the Agentice team to reply through the appropriate channel. If those fields are not completed, the form cannot be sent.
Recipients and processors
Demo requests are accessible only to authorized members of the AGENTICE team and to the technical service providers needed to operate the website. AGENTICE never sells or rents this data.
- Hostinger: website hosting and transactional email delivery
Retention periods
- Demo requests and B2B prospects: up to three years from collection or the last meaningful contact initiated by the prospect. Data needed to establish or defend legal claims may then be archived for the applicable limitation period.
- Security logs: only for as long as needed to detect, investigate and document an incident, and no longer than twelve months unless a legal requirement or active dispute requires otherwise.
International transfers
The website's main server is located in France. Some technical providers may nevertheless process limited data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer must rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned and the legal conditions that apply, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.
To exercise a right or ask a question about your data, write to contact@agentice.co. AGENTICE may request proof of identity only where there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and local storage
Your FR/EN language choice is stored for twelve months in a strictly necessary preference cookie so the website can keep the language you selected.
This website currently uses no advertising tracker, social-media tracker or audience-measurement tool. It does not place any non-essential cookie requiring consent. A consent banner would therefore serve no purpose and is not displayed.
Technical mechanisms strictly necessary for security, load balancing or a service expressly requested by the visitor may be used without consent. Any future non-essential tracker will remain disabled until the visitor has made a valid choice, and a permanent settings control will be provided.
Policy changes
AGENTICE updates this policy whenever the website's processing operations, providers or legal framework change. The date displayed at the top of the page identifies the version currently in force.
